Stainless steel plate and frame fine filter is a kind of equipment used for fine filtration of liquids, usually used in food,chemical, environmental protection and other industries. It is made of stainless steel and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and easy cleaning.
- Filter frame and filter plate: Filter frames and filter plates are arranged alternately to form a multi-layer filter chamber.Filter cloth or filter paper is placed in the filter frame, and the liquid passes through the filter medium under pressure to achieve solid-liquid separation.
- Pressing device: The filter frame and filter plate are tightly pressed together by manual or hydraulic devices to ensure that no leakage occurs during the filtration process.
- Filtrate outlet: The filtered liquid is discharged from the filtrate outlet, and the filter residue remains on the filter cloth or filter paper.
