IAC314 Veterinary drug residue quinoline immunoaffinity column
Principle
Samples are prepared by mixing with an extraction solution, blending and filtering. The extract is then applied to the Olaquindox immunoaffinity column bound with specific antibodies to Olaquindox ．At this stage, the Olaquindox binds to the antibody on the column. The column is then washed with water to remove the impurities in immunoaffinity column. By passing acetone through the column, the Olaquindox is removed from the antibody. This acetone solution can then be injected into HPLC or LC-MS/MS system.
Storage condition
The affinity column is stored at 2-8℃ and must not be frozen, with a shelf life of 18 months. Recommended for use at room temperature (18-30℃).

Operation procedure
Matters needing attention
1、Do not arbitrarily change the operation steps in the operating instructions. If you need to change them, contact the technical department of the company to confirm whether the changes are reasonable.
2、in the operation steps, the sample through the column, washing, elution, be sure to control the flow rate, not too fast, otherwise it will make the test result low.
3、if the standard product directly through the column to verify the recovery rate, be sure to ensure that the concentration of methanol in the standard column liquid does not exceed 10%, otherwise it will affect the adsorption capacity of the column.
4、the glass instruments used in the test, etc., must be cleaned, especially the instruments treated with hypochlorous acid, otherwise the test results will be low.
