A: We are a factory,making aluminum extrusion and finished aluminum products :aluminum windows& doors, aluminum fence and gate.
Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Linqu County, Weifang city ,Shandong Province, China.Qingdao Airport is near to us and we can meet
you there. Hotel booking service is available.
Q3: Is your mould free?
A: We have self-designed mould, if you use our mould, its free.Or we can open new mould based on your drawing, it is free till
your quantity reach 7tons.
Q4: Lead time for new molds & mass production?
A: *7-10 days to build the new moulds.
*Mass production takes 15-20days for a 20gp,20-25days for a 40hq.We will send pictures of every step to you for checking.
Q5:What’s the warranty ?
A: Our aluminium extrusion is lifelong warranty , a
anodized for 12-15 years outdoor, powder coating for 18-20 years outdoor.
Q6:Can you send me samples?
A: Yes,Free samples.Can be available all the time, about 1 days can be sent.
Q7:Is low MOQ for custom aluminum extrusion available?
A:Yes, low MOQ of 500Kg ONLY, if we customize Aluminum Extrusion for you, we will also supply a sample with a specific length for
a review.After mold testing, we can modify the tooling for free according to your feedback on the sample.
Q8:What surface treatment can you produce?
A:We can produce various colors by anodizing. But most customers go for nature sliver, golden, bronze, and black colors.
Regarding powder coating, we supports any kind of RAL No to match your special demands, or we can accept your color sample.
