Planetary cement slurry mixer Product introduction: cement and water are mixed according to the standard to stir into a uniform test slurry, for the determination of cement standard consistency, setting time and the production of safety test block, is a production plant, construction units, relevant universities and scientific research units laboratory equipment.
Planetary cement paste mixer working principle:
The shaft of the two-speed motor is connected by the connecting flange and the worm shaft in the reducer box. The worm wheel is decelerated so that the spiral wheel shaft drives the planetary positioning sleeve to rotate synchronously, and the blade shaft fixed in the eccentric position on the planetary positioning sleeve drives the blade to rotate. The planetary gear fixed on the upper end of the blade axis rotates around the fixed inner gear ring. The two-speed motor is controlled by the time controller to automatically complete the prescribed working procedure of one slow stop and one fast turn. Mixing pan and skateboard with the core groove rotary lock.
