The purpose of surface treatment is to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance (anti-rust), abrasion resistance, decoration or other special functions.
We have production and inspection facilities including lost-wax investment casting production line (Silica Sol Process), aluminium alloy casting production line, heat treatment workshop, machining workshop, products assembly workshop, products test center, products laboratory, etc. Our capacity is 1 million pieces, 100 tons castings per month an 1000 tons precision castings per year.

Yes, we could offer the samples, but it not for free, the samples cost and freight will be for client's side.

Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Normal producing time 4-6 weeks if the goods are not in stock
