1) When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,
please call us.
2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We'll provide sample after you pay sample charge to us. The account is up to your samples, usually it is USD 50-200 per style, but
if there are many embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
Sample time usually is 7 days after receipt of sample fee. Sample fee is around USD60-120/design. The fee is refundable once order
quantity reaches 3000pcs.
4) What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly,Our production capacity is around 100,000pcs /month. In general, the production leadtime is about 25-35days but it
depends on order quantity, product complexity and season of the order placed.
5) What's your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, or Western Union, 30% deposit,70% balance paid before loading.
6)How can I control the quality of the products?
We have strict quality control in each process from material in-house to finished goods. Third party inspection is welcomed.
7)Can you make my own design?
Yes, we can custom made products for you. You can give your logo and idea to us and we can provide the design work.
8)What kind of materials are used to make each plush toy?
Our experienced design group will determine what kinds of different fabrics and materials that are required to match your
artwork,drawing, sketch or cartoon.
9)What kind of package do you offer?
Our products are packed with OPP bags or box, can be customized package as your request.
10)What is your MOQ?
To our old customers, there is no MOQ. 10 PCS, 100 PCS… IS OK.
If you are a professional purchaser or specialize, we can do very small quantity for you. 500 pcs or 1000 pcs. We hope there will
be a bigger one after that. Then there will not be MOQ to you.
