GRES is an intelligent and modular power supply equipment integrating lithium battery and MPCS. According to different application scenarios, lithium battery, bidirectional DC / AC converter, bidirectional DC / DC converter, Static switch and Power management system can be arbitrarily combined to realize grid connected power supply, off grid power supply and off grid uninterrupted power supply power supply, static reactive power compensation, harmonic suppression and other functions. The system can have access to new energy, power grid, diesel generator and to reasonable configuration, scientific utilization, to provide users with green, environmental protection, noise free, high reliability and high security power services.


LiFePO4 Battery Energy Storage System
Using Lithium-ion phosphate battery cell, long life cycle and high safety;
Each battery module is with 5.12kWh, the pack has a built-in BMU system, which can collect the voltage and temperature of each cell, and manage the cell balance, so as to ensure the normal operation of the whole pack safely and efficiently.
15 modules are connected in series to form one cluster, with control box and second level BMS(BCU);
Several clusters connected in parallel to be different capacity.



Multifunctional PCS
Bidirectional AC / DC converter can realize the bidirectional conversion from DC to AC and AC to DC. It can not only convert AC to DC to charge battery, but also convert DC to AC to supply power to load or feed back to power grid.
PV Control Module (MPPT)
The function of DC / DC module is to filter the power from photovoltaic panel, increase its voltage for bidirectional DC / AC converter or store energy for lithium battery.
Static Transfer Switch
Seamless on/off grid automatically switch.


HVAC
The battery compartment integrates 1200W industrial air conditioner to meet the stable operation of the system in different environments and prolong the service life of the system.

What is AC Coupling BESS?
The DC energy generated by solar panels is converted into AC through an inverter, which is directly supply to the load or sent to the power grid. The power grid can also charge the battery through a bidirectional DC-AC bidirectional converter. The convergence point of energy is at the AC side.The working principle of AC coupling: including solar power supply system and battery power supply system. The solar system consists of solar panels and on grid inverter; The battery system consists of batteries and a bidirectional power conversion system. These two systems can operate independently without interfering with each other, or they can form a microgrid system independent of the large power grid.


What is DC Coupling BESS?
The DC energy generated by solar panels is stored in the batteries through the controller, and the power grid can also charge the battery through a bidirectional DC-AC converter. The convergence point of energy is at the DC battery end.The working principle of DC coupling: When the solar system is running, the MPPT controller is used to charge the battery; When there is a demand for electrical load, the battery will release electricity, and the magnitude of the current is determined by the load. The energy storage system is connected to the power grid, and if the load is small and the battery is fully charged, the solar system can supply power to the grid. When the load power is greater than the solar generation power, the power grid and solar can simultaneously supply power to the load. Because solar power generation and load electricity consumption are not stable, they rely on battery balancing system energy.
