working principle:
The device uses dedicated control software to generate printing trajectories and powder feeding rates for different sample blocks and powder buckets according to the preset proportions and printing quantities of different multi-component powders in the experiment. After the water oxygen index in the environmental chamber decreases to below 10ppm, printing begins. Powder with different feeding rates enters the powder mixer for real-time and thorough mixing, and then enters the coaxial nozzle under the conveying of inert protective gas and sprays out. High power laser melts the powder and moves it along a preset trajectory under the driving of a three-axis mechanism, printing test samples with different composition ratios.
