Q1: Can I buy samples for testing?
A1: Yes. The shipping cost and value of the goods should be paid by the customer.
Q2: What is the MOQ of your products?
A2: For stock products, there is no MOQ requirement.
The higher the quantity, the cheaper the price.
Q3: What are your quality control methods?
A3: Concealed tanks and make-up valves are 100% tested before they leave the factory.
Q4: Can you customize products?
A4: Yes, we can. Samples are required for molding.
Q5: What is your lead time?
A5: (1) 3-5 days for stock.
(2)For mass production, it takes about 15-35 days.
(3)For ODM, it takes about 45-90 days after ordering.
(40-60 days for mold testing and validation, 15-30 days for production, depending on order quantity).
Q6: What are your payment methods?
A6: Wire transfer, Western Union or Letter of Credit:
30% deposit after Pl confirmation, balance before factory shipment.
The balance will be paid before shipment from the factory.
Q7: What is your warranty?
A7: 1 years warranty.
