China Top Quality Hoston 2D welding table plate 3d metal welding table with jigs & welding fixtures
It is processed by CNC machining center. It is divided into two series according to the hole system: Φ28 and Φ16. It is divided into two-dimensional flexible combination tooling and three-dimensional flexible combination tooling according to the structure.The tooling platform is divided into steel piece platform and cast iron platform and board platform according to materials. The grid is engraved with corresponding grid lines. According to customer requirements, the millimeter scale can be drawn on the two right sides of the platform.

2. Verticality between the side and the upper surface can reach: 010/200
3. Working surface roughness can reach: 16um4 scale line specification: 100x100+005mm
5. Hole spacing: 100+0.03mm
6. Material: casting (HT300), overall annealing heat treatment to eliminate internal stress
Put it for three to six months for natural aging treatment.
Workbench support legs: standard load-bearing 2T.
Support angle iron
1. It is a casting HT300.
2. Flatness 015/1000mm, verticality can reach 015/1000mm.
3. The position accuracy of each hole system does not exceed +0.05mm, and the hole size accuracy is P28D10.
4. The surface roughness of the working surface reaches Ra32
Three: Positioning angle ruler, positioning square ruler: 1. The material is 45# steel tempered and blackened 2. Flatness 015/1000mm, verticality reaches 015/1000mm.
The position accuracy of each hole system on the supporting angle iron does not exceed +0.05mm, and the dimensional accuracy is P28D10
Four: Quick lock pin:
1. Five steel balls must be used for positioning to ensure positioning accuracy
2. The material is 45# steel, tempered, and the lock pin dimensional accuracy is 28h7. Steel ball quenching treatment 3 Locking force 21500KG
Five: Clamping parts:
1. It is a round tube connection, flexible operation, no shaking after clamping, clamping force 100Kg~500Kg, the pressure head adopts a split structure, easy maintenance and replacement, and the working part is heat treated.
3. No burrs, corrosion spots or scratches on the surface, no slag inclusions or pores on the casting surface, and no peeling of the paint surface
VI: Technical requirements for related configuration accessories:
1. Overall heat treatment of clamping and positioning parts, and spray painting of non-working surfaces
2. Each module can realize XYZ and angle adjustment, and the flatness of each positioning surface is <0.20/1000mm, verticality is <0.15/1000mm, and parallelism is <0.20/1000mm
3. The surface roughness of the working plane of each module is 32pmu
