Product Description
Automatic automatic tension control system
The seat-type tension sensor is detected by imported full-bridge strain gauges (high-precision with built-in temperature compensation), and processed through high-precision signal and temperature compensation. It has the characteristics of high precision, low temperature drift, and good linearity. The sensor can effectively shield static electricity and frequency conversion. The group pulse interference of the device. It has a built-in overload limit to prevent damage to the sensor during overload. The sensors have various measuring ranges such as 5KG, 10KG, 30KG, 50KG, 100KG, and 200KG.
The tension controller is part of a closed-loop tension control system with tension sensor feedback.The controller continuously controls the web tension to the setting tension value and display the true web tension on an LCD screen.
The screen will display the tension applied to each tension sensor separately. The controller has a graphic LCD display Chinese and English menu selectable, the user interface is friendly and easy to use.
The controller can drive the magnetic powder brake/clutch directly with its built-in 0~24V/4A output, the controllercan also
outputs 0~+10V, this can drive the inverter, servo motor or other power units.The KTC828A can be used in papermaking, printing, packaging, textile, print and dyeing industries, etc.
