A: Because our production lines are designed for mass production, to achieve production efficiency and to control the cost, we have set a MOQ, which is 500 pieces each style.
Q: How soon can I get the quote?
A: We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your detailed information.
Q: Can I brand my own LOGO on this item?
A: Yes. We can customize logos on the products by: Silk-screen printing, embroidery, full color printing,embossed, puller mold, woven label, sublimation, laser and rubber tag etc.
Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: We will provide you our existing sample to check quality, but shipping cost need to be paid by you. We also can make new samples according to your requirements if you are willing to pay us sample fee. The sample cost can be refunded if your bulk order quantity reach our request.
Q: Can you design for us?
A: Yes. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas. A reference picture from Google is also available to design.
Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: It will take about 5-7 days to finish samples after you pay. Samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx or other Express within 3-5 days.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Generally, it will take about 25-35 days to finish an order, it depends on your order quantity and the products you need. We suggest you to start inquiring one month in advance.
Q: What is your main payment terms?
A: By T/T. Our main payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L. But other payment terms also are acceptable.
Q: What are the steps from development to order?
A: First, we need to receive your bag design(product photo, material, size, color, logo or Sketch). If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. You can also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference, if it is available. We can return it back to you after use.We will then review your sample bag’s instructions then provide you a reference quotation, if the quotation is acceptable for you,we can proceed with the sample making. Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.
