1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a bag manufacturer based in Guangzhou. We also have other factory partners.

2. Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, we do. Your design, and your brand logo or other brands authorized by your company are well accepted.

3. What's your usual payment term?
T/T (30% deposit and 70% with shipping doc by email); Or L/C at sight.

4. What is your sample policy?
We need the sample fee and it can be refundable once you place the order.

5. What kinds of logo you could make?
Your logo can be put onto the bag by screen printing, heat transfer printing. offset printing, embroidery, rubber label, metal plate logo, woven label, etc. Please send us your logo with Al or PDF format, and advise us the pantone color and size.

6. Are your materials from local or abroad?
Most of the materials are from Guangdong, China.

7. How can we know our order progress?
To make sure quality, our quality control team will follow and inspect during the whole production process, from raw material cutting, logo making, sewing, to semi-products, finished products, packing and loading. At the same time, our sales person who follow your order will keep you updates with detail of each step by photos or video.

8. What about the lead time?
It depends on the quantity. Normally, 15 to 30 days after receiving the deposit.
