Product Description

The TCN skeleton oil seal is composed of rubber, metal skeleton and tension spring. It is generally installed in an open groove.When the oil seal is installed, it can overcome the rotation of the shaft under the action of the holding force generated by the contraction of the spring. The gap caused by the vibration and beating of the shaft enables the lip of the oil seal to be close to the surface of the shaft. When the oil seal is working, the lip of the oil seal and the surface of the rotating shaft form a sealing contact ring belt, and the oil is in the seal cavity. Under the action of pressure, the lubricating oil penetrates into the oil seal lip and the rotating shaft to form a very thin oil film.
