Greenhouse main system
Hot Drip Galvanized Steel Structure |
The steel structure is made of high quality carbon steel with inside and outside hot galvanized layer which will be not less than 60 um. |
Most connections of greenhouse structure are installed directly by screws or Self tapping screws. |
The warranty period of standard skeleton is 15 years, but the actual service life will be more than 20 years. |
Cover Material |
The film cover usually uses PE film or PO film. |
All the films have UV coating, and it has characteristic of anti-drip and anti-aging. |
The film thickness is 120 microns,150 microns or 200 microns. |
Films fixed by special film lock channel and wriggle wire. |
External Sunshade System |
Close sunshade screen, reduce temperature in the greenhouse. Installed and fixed above the frame of greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams. |

Internal Sunshade System |

Air Circulation System |
The new circulation fan can be adjusted the direction according to the need, fixed solid, stable operation, light weight, big volume, and small vibration. |
Electric motors are all individually customized according to the features of high temperature ,so as to ensure the good operation of the fan. |
Electric Control system |
Greenhouse control system is greenhouse composed of control cabinet, sensors and circuits. |
