1.How can I get samples to check products quality?

- After the price is confirmed, you can ask us to provide samples for testing.

  We will provide samples without customized logos and colors, and you must afford the shipping costs.. Sample fee will be refund once order confirmed.

  If you need customized products with logos, we will charge 50-200 US dollars for plate making.

2.How long can I get the samples?

- After paying the sample charges and send us a confirmed file, the samples will ready for 3-7 days.

  You could use your own consignee account number or prepay for us if you do not have an account.

3. How about your price ?
- We are manufacturer, we can provide competitive price. For big quantity, special discount maybe available to help you enlarge your market quickly.

4.What about the time for the mass production?

- It depends on the order quantity and season when you placed the order. In general, the production time around 2-4 weeks.

5. How long will the shipping take?
- For express shipment, like DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT etc, usually 4-8 working days.
- For sea/ocean shipment, it usually needs 15-60 days, depends on your destination port.

6.Terms of payment?

- 30% deposit T/T in advance, the balance T/T before shipping. L/C at sight (negotiable for order beyond USD$100K). Q/A.Western Union and PayPal etc.
