Definition

Features
-No dynamic seal, no leakage. Due to the static seal of the hydraulic end diaphragm replacing the dynamic seal of the piston, it can achieve absolute no leakage when conveying the medium;

-Structurally simpler than hydraulic diaphragm pumps, but more complex than plunger pumps;
-Can be equipped with a digital controller for metering pumps to achieve digitization and enable both local and remote control;
-The diaphragm is made of a five layer composite structure pressed together (the first layer is a super tough acid resistant film, the second layer is elastic rubber, the third layer supports the iron core, the fourth layer is reinforced nylon fiber cloth, and the fifth layer is fully covered with elastic rubber), which can effectively improve the service life of the diaphragm;
-Add stainless steel reinforcement plate design behind the diaphragm to improve its service life;
-The export pressure is generally below 1.0MPa, and the applicable range of flow rate is relatively small; The measurement accuracy is lower than that of plunger pumps and hydraulic diaphragm pumps. When the pressure increases from small to large, the flow rate can change by up to 10%;

Application
