Q1：What is the process for the 3D printing service?
A1：Customers are required to prepare 3D drawings and specifications in advance. We will provide a quote based on the 3D drawings, and once both parties confirm the price, a contract will be signed. Payment for goods is then received, and we will arrange for processing and delivery of the goods
A2:Certainly, we are a professional metal manufacturing factory with an experienced engineering team that is capable of producing customized products based on customer drawings.At the same time, we also have CNC equipment imported from the United States.
Q3:Once you receive my design drawings, are they safe?
A3:Yes, we will not disclose your design to any third party without your permission. Before you send us drawings, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) so there will be no leakage of drawings
Q4:Will your products have mass quality problems?
A4:Our products maintain continuous inspection and defense throughout the entire process by strengthening prevention and inspection throughout the production process, focusing on key quality control points at important stages of processing. So there will basically be no quality problems
