Description of HLM Series Vertical Mill:


HLM series vertical mill is a large-scale advanced, high efficiency and energy-saving grinding product developed by Hongxing Group using the world's advanced material bed grinding and partial external circulation technology, combined with more than 40 years of experience in mill production and manufacturing of Hongxing Group. Grinding, grading, drying and conveying are integrated, with independent intellectual property rights, and the core technology and economic indicators have reached the international advanced level.

1. Clean and environmental protection:


The whole system operates under complete negative pressure, with reliable sealing, no dust spillage, and clean environment. The collection of finished products adopts a bag-type dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency is as high as 99.9%, which is higher than the latest national environmental protection standard;
The limit device of the HLM mill ensures that the grinding disc and the grinding roller do not contact during the working process, with low vibration and low noise;


High grinding efficiency, low energy consumption, 30%-50% less power consumption than ball mills, excellent roller disc structure design, long grinding curve and large grinding area;
The limit device prevents the direct contact between the grinding roller and the grinding disc, and the grinding roller sleeve and the lining plate are less worn; the grinding roller sleeve can be turned over for use, and the service life is doubled;
Equipped with a hydraulic loading system, the grinding pressure can be flexibly adjusted according to the change of grind ability, which is highly efficient and energy saving;


2. High degree of automation, simple operation and maintenance


The automatic control system is adopted, which can realize remote control, which is simple and convenient;
The limit device prevents the direct contact of the grinding roller and the grinding disc, and can be started without load, without the need for distributing materials before starting the machine;
The hydraulic maintenance device can easily turn the grinding roller out of the machine, and the replacement of the grinding rollers sleeve and the maintenance of the grinding roller are convenient and quick.


External independent thin oil lubrication station is installed to facilitate oil replacement. Both the reducer and the roller
bearings are lubricated with forced thin oil, which takes away a lot of heat which lubricating and improves the service life of
the reducer and roller bearings

Due to the integration of grinding, grading, drying and conveying, the process is simple, the layout is compact, the floor area is small, and it can be arranged in the open air.reducing the construction cost;With drying function, it can be ventilated with hot air, and it can be directly and repeatedly contacted with powdery materials for drying in the mill, saving a set of drying equipment. By adjusting the hot air temperature, it can meet the drying requirements of materials with different humidity;and can meet the drying requirements of materials with humidity up to 15%.


Working principle:



The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the fixed grinding roller rotates along the grinding disc raceway. The material falls from the feeding port to the center of the grinding table.Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves from the center of the grinding table to the edge at a uniform speed. When passing through the grinding raceway, it is rolled by the grinding roller. The grinding force is provided by the hydraulic loading system. The material is directly crushed,and the fine-grained material is extruded to form a material bed granular crushing. Drying and grinding are carried out at the same time. The primary hot air enters around the grinding disc evenly through the air ring, and the pulverized materials thrown out tangentially from the grinding disc are dried and transported to the upper separator. Under the action of the rotor blades, The coarse particles are returned to the grinding disc for grinding (internal circulation), and the qualified fine powder is milled together with the airflow and collected by the system powder collector, which is the finished product; a small part of the larger particles that are difficult to be crushed and cannot be blown by a single wind,lmpurities, etc. fall to the primary air chamber at the lower part of the mill through the air ring and are discharged out of the machine by the scraping
device, or enter the vertical mill through the feeding port through the conveying equipment for re-grinding (external circulation)
