FC221 series are 24V AC /DC tempering glass smart AC thermostat which work with Modbus RTU to control central air conditioner ,fan coil unit and water floor heating unit . meanwhile we are able to provide many options,such as 0-10V output for valve ,0-10V output for fan ,relay output for fan and valve ,ect.

Answer :Comfurter provide services include structural design ,Mechanical design , electronic design, PCB Layout, PCB assembly, prototyping, SMT, through hole assembly, material procurement, injection mold, pcba assembly, packing ,ect .
Question2: What is your quality warranty?
Answer: All of our products are with 3-year quality warranty from delivery date.
Question3 : Should we use our logo/brand?
Answer: Yes, of course. OEM is absolutely supported; both on package or devices.
Question4 : What certificates do you have?
Answer: All electronic products are with VDE ,CE,FCC,UKCA , RoHS certificates.
Question5: How can I get a free sample ? How long will it take?
Answer: Please confirm with us the model you’ll purchase, we request customer to pay the sample initial stage , after sample
tested and qualified, we will refund this sample value when you place the bulk order. We can send out the sample within 3- working
days after receiving payment.
Question5: What about your after-sale services?
Answer: We have 100% QC before shipment ,and take a video to show customer the whole process for the testing . If there are some
unexpected problems happen, we hope to solve these problems with our customers through friendly ways as below:
1, If it’s quality problem, customers must provide photos or videos and other evidences to us for identify. After confirmation,
we’ll send the new products to replace the defective one on our charges .
2, If it’s man-made damaged, customers should take full responsibility.
