Founded in 2019, Changyi Heli Business And Trading Co., Ltd. is focusing on the manufacturing of furniture. With more than 300 employees, two work places of 60 thousand square meters and advanced machinery equipments from European and Taiwanese companies specializing in the making of furnuture.
The company is located in Changyi Shandong Province. Due to an advanced freeway network, it is only one hour’s drive to the port of Qingdao, the world’s 7th largest and the 2nd largest port in China. All products are exported to countries including U.S., Great Britain, EU and Australia. The company is capable of meeting all needs of customers and making furniture with a variety of wood materials, door types, colors, and metal accessories.

Q1.How to do business with you? What is the process?
1. Send us the BOQ & drawing infos. We estimate the cost for you.
2. Negotiate on the design, material, price...
3. Confirm the order and arrange the payment to PA.
4. Project production.
5. Arrange shipment.
Q2. What kind of payment terms are accepted?
Following payments are accepted by our group
1. T/T ( Telegraphic Transfer )
2. Western Union
3. L/C ( Letter of credit )
4. Money Gram
Q3. When can the goods be delivered after order is placed?
Depends on various products, it can be from 20 days to 45 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q4. How long it takes before customers can receive the goods?
Besides production time mentioned above, usually it takes maximum 10-15 days for shipment to any destination port around the world.
Q5. Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?
Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please contact our staff for detailed information.
Q6. How is your Quality Control?
Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/ fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
-We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
-Every product quality checked before packing.
-Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients
when problem occurred.
Q7. How is your After Sales Service?
-Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime.
-Any small problem happening in our furniture will be solved at the most prompt time.
-We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your inquiry will be replied within 24 hours.
Q8. How can I get quotation and make order?
Send us your kitchen dimensions and requests (or send you plan), we will make the design and then quote exactly cost. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
