1. What is the trading process?

2. Can we print our logo and change the colors of some parts of the products?
Yes! You can print your logo and for most parts of products you can change the color, need to provide a Pantone Number. MOQ:500pcs-1000pcs.
3. Can we get your samples?
Yes! Samples can be arranged for those available products. The Delivery Fee will be on the buyer’s account.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
For products in stock, MOQ:2pcs
Customized colors, The MOQ is 500pcs.

5. What is the normal lead time?
A. For the first order, because it needs some time to confirm the design of the color box/ manual/ Product color, it needs 45
days after confirming all packing designs.
B. For repeated orders, production time only needs 30 days.
6. What is your payment term?
A. T/T, L/C, Paypal etc
B. For bulk production:
Option A: 30% pay in advance, 70% before shipping
Option B:40-50% pay in advance, the balance within one week after the B/L copy
7. What is your shipping way?

8. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after the sample is approved, we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing.
9. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the goods. If any breakage or defective products were found, you MUST take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container. We will advise you to certify the claim by a third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, discharging of the containers not included. Finally, we will completely compensate all your loss.
