Sorghum red is a natural brown pigment made from the outer skin (shell) of black purple or reddish brown sorghum seeds through a unique extraction technology. The powder product is brownish brown in color, has good water solubility, is insoluble in oil, has good heat resistance and light resistance, and has good protein coloring power. The aqueous solution of sorghum red is bright red. Its color will not be affected by changes in the pH value of the environment, and it can maintain a stable red color within the pH range of 5-10.
