Product Features
This mini ZigBee RGBW/RGB+CCT LED Strip Controller is a newly developed LED controller designed by GLEDOPTO®. It can be controlled by H-U-E, SmartThings, Tuya and the other ZigBee gateways. It can also be paired with an 2.4G HZ RF remote control to adjust the light strip color, color temperature and brightness. Additionally, it has button control function for easily turning the strip light on/off and adjusting brightness or output colors.
ZigBee Network Connection
1. Connect the power to the light strip controller correctly.
2. Search the device on the App and wait for a while (see the instruction of the gateway you are using). If the gateway does not find the light strip controller, try resetting or powering it on again.
3. The gateway finds the light strip controller, then we can assign it to any room or zone.
4. Once the setting is complete, the light strip controller can be used now.
2.4G HZ RF Network Pairing
1. Power on the light strip controller (within 4 seconds, proceed to the next step).
2. Press the ON button of any of the groups from the 2.4G HZ remote control to complete the pairing process.
3. After successful pairing, the light strip will flash 3 times.
4. The pairing is done successfully.
Features of MIX version
Both the RGB and white lighting color can be adjusted the same time, to make the output lighting color more vivid and also to create more color combinations.
1. When the cursor moves to the edge of the color wheel, only the RGB color light turns on.
2. When the cursor moves to the centre of the color wheel, the RGB color and white light turn on both.

ZigBee Network Disconnection
1. Reset by pressing the button
Press and hold the button on the light strip controller for more than 5 seconds. After the strip light flashing 3 times, all the LED lighted on, indicating that the reset done successfully.
2. Reset by power on/off
1> Power on the strip controller firstly
2> Turn off the power within 2 seconds
3> Wait for 5 seconds around to make sure the controller completely powered off
4> Repeat the above process 5 times
5> The strip light will flash 3 times, indicating the resetting done successfully
2.4G HZ RF Network Unpairing
Method 1:
Short press the Master "ON" button 5 times within 4 seconds after the device powered on, the devlice will blink 3 times, the unpairing done successfully.
Method 2:
Short press continously 5 times the Zone "ON" button the device to be paired within 4 seconds after the device powered on, the device will blink 3 times, the unpairing done successfully.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty for indoor products, and 3 years warranty for outdoor products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.For large defective products, we can arrange to repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to actual situation.
