DOT Air Brake Compression Fittings For Nylon Tubing
Conformance - Meets specifications and standards of SAE J246, SAE J1131 and DOT FMVSS 571.106.
Applications
Air brake systems or in cab air controls, Use with SAE J844 Type A and B nylon tubing, except where temperatures exceed +200°F(+93°℃) or where battery acid can drip on tubing.

1.Construction - Three piece unit: body, nut and sleeve.
Extruded(CA360) and Forged(CA377) Configuration.
2. Vibration resistance - Fair resistance.
3, Advantages - Easy to assemble (no tube preparation or flaring reauired. ) Built in tube support and ribbed sleeve for compression and positive grip. May be used with copper tubing by using long nut and spherical sleeve( DOT Air Brake Fittings For Copper Tubing). Insert should be removed for copper tubing use.

Basically, we accept mainly T/T, L/C, West-Union terms. For general products orders, T/T 30% downpayment & 70% against the BOL of ocean-shipment; T/T 100% upfront deposit for air-shipment. For special products orders, like custom-order, OEM branded order... please contact us to discuss. \u007FL/C term, we use our export agent to process. \u007FGenerally speaking, the arrived deposit payment is the only thing makes us arrange the order production. Generally speaking, if there is, we will ask bank commision in case the order amount leass than US$ 5000.
Why does the basic quotation by EXW(Ex Works) term?
There are many other terms always involve with charges undetermined. Mainly factors as below:
1. Nominated Forwarders maybe askshipper unreasonable high charges on other terms like FOB, CIF, etc. Though, that does not mean customer could pay less than norm.That is also why we always like to quote ALL-IN freight charges. Obviously, EXW term helps you comparing the shipping charges quotation from different forwarders.
2. On the another hand, If other terms, different sales scale cause much difference for average unit price, it is difficult to check with shipper for every inquiry. EXW term makes it easier to check and compare the ALL-IN shipping cost when every order confirmed.
