Woodworking pulse dust collector: a special device for removing sawdust, paint dust and other particles produced in the process of processing, which is composed of pipes, fans and filters, used in woodworking workshop, polishing workshop and paint workshop.

Woodworking dust collector has four functions: chamber off-line ash removal, on-line ash removal, constant pressure difference ash removal and timing ash removal. It also has pressure, temperature detection system and manual control mode. Woodworking dust collector adopts advanced technology of air intake diversion and flow equalization to ensure uniform and smooth ash discharge. The filter bag has the advantages of convenient installation and good sealing, and can be changed without stopping the machine. PLC automatic control and alarm control of temperature and material level sensors can be added according to user's requirements.

The treatment gas volume is large and the dust removal efficiency is high. The dust removal efficiency can reach 99.5-99.8% for the gas with dust concentration less than 60 g/Nm3.

Cleaning effect is good, all parts of the injection device have excellent aerodynamic characteristics.

Small area, filter bag length 2-6 m, and the filter air speed can be selected between 1.5-3.0 m/min, the occupation area is smaller than the conventional pulse back-blowing bag dust collector.

Easy operation and maintenance, the filter bag mouth adopts elastic ring, which can be directly embedded in the ceiling. It is easy to seal and disassemble, and reduces the contact between maintenance personnel and dirty bags.
