1.Q:  What's the annual output now? Any certificates? What kind of houses do you provide?

A:  DAQUAN annual output is about 1000, 000sqm per year, and about 1000 units house with factory production base 160000m2 which is the largest EPS sandwich wall panel factory in China.

We can supply our ISO & CE certificates, test reports, SGS & BV certificates as your support document.

What we build is permanent housing ,which has more than 70 years lifespan,not read-made houses,but easy-assembled.

All of our house materials are loaded by containers ,you should find workers in local to build.

2.Q: Could you do customized plan from customers? How to purchase one house from you? 

A:Yes we mainly do with customized plan from our customers because our designers have to design the whole steel structure and make calculation based on your ready customized plans.

Also if you only know what kind of house you would like to build but no specific design,We can also design for you by charge USD10/M2 of each house design cost ,but the amount will be refunded back to the customer or as part of the house deposit if the house order is confirmed.

3.Q: Can you tell me your rough price and what will be included in the house quotation? 

A:Our estimated price is about 220~300USD per SQM, which includes 9 parts:

Roof material,wall material,steel frame,ceiling,ceramic tiles,door and window,kitchen,bathroom,painting.

You can remove or add the accessories you don’t need or need.

4.Q: How do I install the house which we have ordered from you? Do you have catalogs for accessories options?

A:After the order is confirmed, our design team will works on the house structure engineering drawing for customers to install onsite, also we will provide installation technical manual and installation videos for installation guidance and 24 hours online problems solutions. At the same time, some of accessories with catalogs like kitchen cabinet,floor tiles, doors to give options or customers can inform us their choices on styles or colors.

5.Q: What is the production time, delivery time and installation time? And your payment term? 

A: The production time is usually 20~30 days, delivery time is usually about 30~35 days by sea. Usually one 150m2 house usually needs 4~6 workers to finish in 15~20 days.

The payment term is 50% T/T IN ADVANCE, 50% T/T before shipment.
