Q1: How can I select your product?
Firstly you need to tell us your requirement such as the viewing distance, size, installation height, and some other details for the LED screen that you want. And then we will give you a recommendation.

Q2:What if I don't know how to install the screen?
1. We will provide your details drawing for installation led screen, But you need provide us on-site picture for installation
place, and we can guide on line.
2. Training 1-2 people in the factory.
3. We can send our engineers to your country to guide how to install the screen.

Q3:What is the minimum order quantity?
Qty: 1 unit(A cabinet of four modules.),this relates to whether you can illuminate our product. Prices vary based on order type and quantity.

Q4:I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the product.
Of course, you can do that. We can even refrain from placing our logo on the product, making it easier for you to add your own logo.

Q5:What if I don't know how to maintain the screen?
We will provide you the operation manual, software when you place the order and also we can remote to help you to adjust the software by teamviwer.

Q6: How to deliver the my goods?

We provide 2-3 year warranty for all of our products and supply life-time maintenance.

Q8: What kind of packaging do you provide?
We provide flight case, wooden case and carton.

Q9: How long will it take me to get the product?
We will send the goods as quick as possible, but oftenly it will take 2-3 weeks to get the goods according to the distance ,and some other necessary processes.
