Belt Press Machine, also known as Belt Filter Press, is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment. It uses specially designed filter belt and filter cloth to separate suspended solids from liquids, achieving the purpose of dehydrating solids and filtering liquids. Belt Press Machine is widely used in sewage treatment, printing and dyeing, food, paper making and other industries.
Belt Press Machine has the features of simple operation, easy maintenance, large processing capacity, good dehydration effect, and adjustable pressure. With its powerful functions, it can reduce the water content in discharged solid materials to below 60%.
Belt Press Machine is mainly composed of feeding system, pressing part, dewatering system, cleaning system and control system. The feeding system delivers sewage or liquid containing solids to the pressing part. After filtration and pressing by the filter cloth and filter belt, the solid material is dehydrated, and the liquid is discharged to the dewatering system. Finally, the processed solid material can be used for fertilizers, fuels and other fields, or directly discarded.
