BELT CONVEYOR
A conveyor is a material handling machinery that continuously transports materials along a certain route, also known as a continuous conveyor. Conveyors can be used for horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveying, and can also form spatial conveying routes, which are generally fixed. The conveyor has a large conveying capacity, long transportation distance, and can also complete several process operations simultaneously during the conveying process, so it is widely used.

Working principle:
A belt conveyor mainly consists of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly fitted onto them. The drum that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called the drive drum (transmission drum); Another drum that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt movement is called a reversing drum. The driving drum is driven by an electric motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the frictional force between the driving drum and the conveyor belt. The driving drum is usually installed at the discharge end to increase traction and facilitate dragging. The material is fed into the feeding end and falls onto the rotating conveyor belt, which is driven by the friction of the conveyor belt to be transported to the unloading end for discharge.
