Brown Gas Generator is a device that uses the principle of electrolyzing water to produce hydrogen and oxygen, and the gas mixture it produces is often referred to as "Brown gas" or "water gas".
working principle
Electrolysis of water: In an electrolytic cell, water is decomposed into hydrogen gas (H ₂) and oxygen gas (O ₂) through the process of electrolyzing water (H ₂ O). This process requires the action of a high-voltage electric field, which decomposes water molecules into hydrogen ions and oxygen ions in the electric field, thereby forming hydrogen gas and oxygen gas.
Gas mixing: The generated hydrogen and oxygen are mixed at the outlet of the electrolytic cell to form Brownian gas. Brown gas has the characteristics of high temperature and high energy, and can be applied in various industrial fields.
