COB, (Chips on Board) , multi LED chips are packaged together as one lighting module.
Cob LED Light Source is a High efficiency, integrated, surface light source technology that mount the led chip on the high reflective metal substrate.
This technology without the conception of holder, no plating, no Reflow soldering, no patch process, reduce the 30% process, so it also cuts down about 30% cost.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
If small sizes with stock, we provide free sample for testing the quantity
If out off stock or need to custom, it will lead the molding charge from 80USD-150USD in regular.
Q2. What about the lead time of COB LED product?
A: If have stock, cob sample can be sent in 3-5 days after testing.
If need to design or custom, need about 10-15days
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for COB LED order?
A: Low MOQ, it depends on the size of your cob led light source and 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the COB LED and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order for LED COB ?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly, We arrange the production.
Finally, about the payment, you can pay by bank or visa, paypal, we can send a link for you to pay.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

If any quality complaint in the warranty days, we will replace the new one for you.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
