1. Can you send me your whole price list?
Sorry,as the price relates to many factors, such as quality & quantity, after we confirm your detail request, we will offer you
exact quotation.
2. What is your payment term?
T/T, LC, Western Union, PayPal.
3. What is your delivery time for this order?
Normally our delivery time is 35-45 days, but if we have the goods you want in our stock, then the delivery time will be in about
two weeks or less.
4. Can you produce fittings according to drawings?
Yes, of course. We can do the OEM and ODM. And your own logo is available too.
5. Are you casting by yourself?
Yes, we are. We have our own casting factory, so if you want us to do some special design goods, our casting engineer will make
the drawing for you according to your request.
6. Can you send me samples then I can feel your quality?
Yes, of course. But we will charge the sample fee the first and refund sample fee in bulk order.
7. What is your main market?
Our goods are sold mostly to some European countries, such as Germany, Italy, Poland, UK... and we also sale to Australian and
South Africa a lot.
8. What is your payment term?
TT, 30% deposit upon order, 70% before shipping. Or L/C at sight.
9. Can you help me to get my order's quality test report before shipping?
Sure. We will test the material for each batch of production in order to guarantee the parts will be made from by full grade
material. The material cert. can be sent along with shipping documents.
10. How many fittings do you do in one month?
Punching fittings we can do more than 100000pieces a month, casting fittings we can do more than 50000pieces a month.
