A: Samples in stock are free, but the freight is on your account. If you want with customized logo, we will charge labor cost and film cost only.

A: The order MOQ is 100-10000 PCS, according to the products.

A: It will be around 2-5 days.
Q: How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
A: When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as product size, material, color, order quantity, surface handling, etc. We will send you offer with complete details in 24 hours.
Q: Could you do design for us?
A: Yes, we have strong design team, we can do not only mould design of new products but also logo drawing design. For mould design, you need provide us the original sample or design drawing. For logo design, please send us the AI file or picture of logo, pantone code and where to put.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: We prefer do Alibaba trade assurance order which customers can pay on Alibaba and the order under supervision of Alibaba. For order amount more than USD10000, we charge 50% deposit in advance and balance before shipping. For order amount below USD10000, we need to charge 100% in advance, please confirm everything clearly before your making the payment.
Q: How about the shipping?
A: It's up to you, we suggest international Express for goods under 50kg and sea shipping/train shipping for large quantity goods, there are a lot of options based on actual volume and weight, we will try our best to find a suitable way for you.
Q: What about the warranty?
A: We have sophisticated QC team to monitor the quality, every single piece is 100% inspected at every production process, so we are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive the products in good condition. But to avoid any unexpected trouble about quality problem, we suggest that you check the products once you receive them, and let us know if there are any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it immediately.
