2. Please confirm that you have bought the right print heads when make purchasing. If you make mistakes when purchasing, then we will charge you 15% return poundage (Special products are non-refund or exchange).

3. If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons, we don't accept return or exchange. Any unreasonable return is not acceptable after receive the goods.

1. All our products are always be strictly checked and packed in the safe box to against  damaged.

2.We ship goods by Fedex ,DHL, EMS or UPS for the printhead and spare part. About 3-10 days could arrive to buyer. Ink is shipped by sea.
