How to measure at Jobsite:
Well Length (L): deciding the shape of staircase
Well Width (W): deciding step length
Floor Height (H): deciding riser height and step quantity
Beam Thickness (S): deciding the fixing position

Our designer team will make the shop drawing for approval after the order confirmed. Here is the drawing that we made for the client.
Stair Factory
The stair would be trial assembled before making surface finsih to make sure that the stair fitted.If there are any problems, we will fix it. And stairs will be sent in separate parts for shipment and packing. Below are some test assembled pictures. If you want to know more, please contact us freely.
Most of stair components will be packed in fully sealed plywood case which is strong enough for sea shipment, no fumigation required. Also, we will put a label on the package of each stair component, which is helpful for customers to find the corresponding part before installation.

1.Are you a stair manufacturer?
We are a professional manufacturer, equipped with professional production lines, have experienced designer team, QC team and very well trained workers.
2. Do you provide samples? If yes, what is the lead time?
Yes, we welcome customer to request for samples.Usually samples can be delivered in 3-5 days after post fees received.
3. You export goods through which ports?
Foshan, Shenzhen and Guangzhou ports.
4. What are the payment terms?
50% deposit at order, balance 50% to be paid before delivery. We accept T/T, Ali trade assurance.
5. How to install the staircase?
Each unit have been packed in box and be well lable indicated. So you it is easy to put the glass to correct location.
A paper installation guide will be provided, also even to send people to your site to help install is available.
