1. Are you a trader or manufacturer?
WE are a manufacturer with OEM/ODM Service.
2. What kind of mold you can make?
WE are expert in making high precision plastic mold and injection molding, mostly applicable in Health Care & Medical, Auto, Home Appliances, Food & Cosmetics Packaging etc., Industries.
3. How do we control the molding process?
a. We will develop the general production schedule for the project
b. We will send client the weekly progress report with photos to client for checking
4. What’s the precision of your equipment can achieve?
* For YASDA YBM950 CNC, the precision is up to 0.003um
* For MAKINO EDNC6 EDM, the precision is up to 0.005um
* For SeiBu WEDM M50B, the precision is up to 0.002um
5. Are you able to provide spare parts?
Yes, normally we will provide heat strip, seal rings, and water nozzle, temperature controller etc.
6. Are the injected samples are free of charge?
Yes, the first trial sample (5—10pcs) are free of charge , but clients need to cover the shipping cost.
7. How many molds do you make in a year ?
Around 200—300sets.
8. Do you have TS16949 Certificate?
Yes, we have both ISO 9001 & IS16949 certificate.
9. What’s the payment Term?
50% of deposit by TT, remaining 50% before delivery after the testing samples are approved.
10. Can you provide customer’s Logo on product?
