5. Machine quality guarantee period is 1 year. During guarantee period, if there is no man-made damage, we will replace new ones for you. The guarantee period will start from the date of B/L.

Q1: What’s the payment term you accept ?
A1:  By T/T or L/C.
 
Q2: What's your delivery time ?
A2: Normal time is 7-10 days for single packing machine and 30-45 days for full auto packing line.
     The actual time will vary from different order conditions.
 
Q3: How do you pack your machine for shipment ?
A3:Machine is over wrapped with plastic film and then packed in fully closed wooden cases with
     strong bottom pallet.

A9: When necessary, we will send our technician to customer’s factory for installing, debugging
      and operating the machines, as well as free technical training service. But, our customer shall
      bear the service cost for visa, round-trip ticket, meal, hotel and daily allowance of usd60.
