Hennissy: The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price to you.
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window dimensions, quantity and type;
2) Frame color;
3) Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others,
with Argon or without).
Q:Are you a Trading Company or a Manufacturer?
Hennissy: We are 100% a real manufacturer and we also has a branch in Australia.
Q: Do you win AS2047 Standard?
Hennissy: Yes, we win AS2047 standard for our all doors & windows, and also we have AS2208 & UL & EN standard for glass, cause Australia, New Zealand, Canada are our main markets.
Q: What is your manufacture time?
Hennissy: 30~45 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.
Q: What is your MOQ order?
Hennissy: $20,000 min for the order value, if under, then we need charge extra $800 for the color adjusting fee and machine running fee.
Q: Do you accept customized design and size?
Hennissy: Yes, sure. The design and size all are according to customer customized choice.
Q: Do you offer size measurement service or installation service?
Hennissy: Sorry we do not offer size measurement and installation service for small projects, as we are hard to win the working visa.
Q: What's the favorite payment terms?
Hennissy: Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: What is your color available?
Hennissy: Color available from the color bond or RAL or real color sample
Q:What's your generally packaging?
Hennissy: with carton and protective film first and then put all windows on the iron steel pallets and the fix with airbag and keep it not moving in the container.
Q:What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
THW: 5 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 50 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.
