The machine consists of two parts: the mold forming system and the tray chain conveying system, which are driven by speed-adjusting motors respectively, and the production speed can be adjusted.

The forming system is equipped with feeding rollers, mold rollers and rubber rollers. The prepared fabric is put into the hopper, and the feeding and extrusion of the feeding rollers and mold rollers are used to form the peach crisp blanks, and then the blanks are transported to the baking tray through the canvas belt dragged by the rubber roller. The tray chain is driven by the speed-adjusting motor, and the spacing of the peach crisp blanks on the flat tray can be determined according to production needs. In addition, the machine is also equipped with multiple adjustment mechanisms in the structure: canvas tensioning and deflection adjustment mechanism, left and right and up and down adjustment mechanism of the faceting knife, canvas sticky material cleaning and scraping mechanism, feeding gap adjustment mechanism, etc.

The machine is reasonably designed, safe and reliable to use, and is an ideal machine for producing peach crisp pastry food.

The machine can be used for a single U-shaped tray, or a four-sided flat tray, and can also be connected to a tunnel-type steel (net) belt oven, a tunnel-type chain oven, a tunnel-type hand-push oven, and a hot air rotary oven.
