Road Paver 4.5M Paving Width Asphalt Paver
73.5Kw Shangchai Engine from Xuzhou Factory
(1) The machine is small and has an ultra-small width of 1.8m, which meets the construction needs of urban areas and lanes.
(2) It adopts hydraulic drive, stepless speed change, high degree of automation, flexible maneuverability, and simple and convenient operation.
(3) It is equipped with a Shanghai diesel water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine (73.5kW/2000rpm), which has sufficient power reserve, good diesel atomization, good economy, low noise, long life, and wide application range.
(4) The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control technology to make power output efficient and energy-saving. The drive components are imported from Rexroth, Germany, to ensure system reliability.
(5) The 12t hopper is designed to be wide and can always store enough materials. The receiving interface can adapt to material trucks of different tonnages.
(6) The hoppers on both sides can be folded separately, and the swing-type follow-up push wheel ensures stable unloading during asymmetric paving. It ensures normal paving along obstacles such as walls.
(7) The walking system adopts hydraulic axle drive transmission, stepless speed change, high degree of automation, flexible maneuverability, and simple and convenient operation. The drive axle adopts XCMG proprietary technology and automatic differential.
(8) The material delivery and distribution system is driven by an open hydraulic system consisting of a load-sensitive pump, a load-sensitive multi-way valve and a cycloidal motor. The material delivery and distribution share a plunger pump, and the left and right independent motors are directly driven. The motor and the actuator are driven by a chain. The material delivery scraper adopts a double chain structure, which is independently driven on the left and right and can be reversed. The miniaturized design of the material distribution system, the new compact left and right independent drive distribution box, and the unique "integrated" blade shaft greatly improve the convenience of using small pavers.
(9) The design of the electronic control system is based on the CAN bus technology platform, and a network control system with multi-CPU control technology is developed, and it has a good human-computer interaction interface.
(10) The automatic leveling device can accurately and automatically control the paving thickness and slope, so that the longitudinal flatness reaches 3mm/3m and the transverse slope is within 0.02%, meeting the standard requirements of high-grade highways.
(11) The innovatively designed E340 small hydraulic telescopic screed adopts a three-point suspension structure and a single vibrating compaction device, which improves construction stability and pavement forming quality.
(12) The whole machine has the advantages of high degree of automation, simple and convenient operation, good construction quality and high operating efficiency.
