1. What products do you mainly produce?
We mainly produce PE coated paper, which is the raw material for making paper cups, such as PE coated paper jumbo rolls, paper cup fans, bottom rolls, etc.
2. What machines are there in your factory now?
(1) We have two PE coating machines: the production capacity of one side PE coating and two sides PE coating is 1400 tons/month, now the actual output is about 1000 tons/month, there are still 400 tons of capcity waiting for your order.
(2) Two flexographic printing machines: both are four-color printing, they can bring excellent printing effect. Our designers can help you make cup fan design for your choice, or just send us your picture, our designers can design accordingly for your confirmation.
(3) Five high-speed die-cutting machines: suitable for different sizes of paper cup fans, the cutting deviation is !1 room meter, ensuring that the paper cup fan size is exactly the same and friendly to your paper cup machine.
(4) Two punching machines: one is a 6.5-ounce die, and the other is a 9-ounce die. If your paper cup fan size is the same as these two die sizes, this machine can automatically remove the fan from the printed jumbo roll, saving a lot of labor and time, and the order delivery time will be at least 30% faster than usual.
(5) A high-speed slitting machine: usually used to produce bottom rollers, such as 64 mm or 67 mm bottom rollers, with a slitting deviation of 1 mm, and a production capacity of at least 300 tons per month.
(6) A high-speed paper cutting machine: usually used to produce paper, such as 900x640mm paper, 860x520mm, etc., with a maximum width of 1000 mm and a minimum length of 420 mm, with a slitting deviation of 1 mm, and a production capacity of at least 600 tons per month.
3. What is the MOQ ( mininum order quantity)for an order?
For the whole order, the total quantity needs to be at least 15 tons, which is a full 1x20ft. Because 1x20ft can load about 15 tons of paper. However, the item specifications and sizes inside can be mixed, and the minimum quantity of each item needs to be at least 3 tons. For example, a 15-ton paper cup fan order can have 3-ounce fan 170 12PE for 3 tons, 6-ounce fan 190 15PE for 3 tons, 9-ounce fan 210+15PE for 4 tons, and 12-ounce fan 210+15PE for 5 tons, just like this.
