Products Description
Multi-functional cheap cheeto extruded corn snacks puffing making machine adopt corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients to make puffed snack. Through brication of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder. Forming is at the die face cutter. The product shape is determined by a combination of the die aperture, including ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower etc.
Our extrusion machines can produce various uncoated, coated or filled cereal based snacks – with a wide variety of recipes and shapes. corn puff snack extruder machine adopt twin-screw extrusion technology and are highly flexible. They can be easily modified to process new products such as filled products, corn chips snacks or bread crumb snacks, with just easily adding some auxiliary equipment.

Q: I know little for corn puffing extruder , what should i do ?
A:please tell us your requirement, such as what kind of snack food you want produce, the output you want per hour, how many raw materials you use and so on, we will design the flow diagram for you, and further our engineer will design the whole feed factory for you depend on your site.
Q:our worker can not know how to operation the production line, what should I do?
A:we has installation and after-sale service team, our engineer can go to give customer installation guide. If customer need, our whole engineer team also go to customer's country.
Q:if the machine has a little mistake when produce and can not solve, what should i do?
