SPIALE TOOLKIT air oil lubrication system is especially suitable for the lubrication of high-speed spindle and high-speed bearing, the performance and economical feature will bring massive values to the customer.

SPIALE TOOLKIT air oil lubrication system is designed to use compressed air as the power source, which is cost-effective and highly targeted, all the functions are designed to ensure the proper working of the spindle, and effective lubrication and cooling of the bearing.

SPIALE TOOLKIT air oil lubrication system could provide 1-8 independent lubricant output supply, the supply dosage at each output could be adjusted according to the demand, adjusting range is 1.80-39.0mm³. The supply interval is set by the time controller to ensure the oil supply control.

The air oil lubrication device is equipped with a pressure detection switch, which can be installed either at the entrance of the compressed air or at the air-oil outlet, the alarm signal can be issued when the pressure supply is insufficient.

The air-oil lubrication system is designed with modular design as the main design idea, and the product features high performance, compact size, and good economy. It can be applied in various situations:
