2) Sample policy:

A, small samples and less quantity,

free of charge. you pay delivery charge.

You can arrange with your shipping agent, pick up from us.

Or pay to us and use our agent.

We accept Alibaba trade assurance.

B, more quantity,

you need pay for samples.

This money can refund to you, if you order in future.

*it is very important for confirm samples, before you make regular order or mass order. The definition of quality and requirement is various a lot from different clients, we can not ensure our quality meet the demand for all of you.

**we not accept order of mass production, before you confirm samples.

3) Delivery Method:

A, Courier, Air, Sea;

B, FBA delivery;

C, DDU or DDP to your door;

We are closed to Ningbo port, FOB Ningbo by Sea is suggested to all buyers.

Calculate of Delivery Weight:

For Air/Courier:  Length x Width x Height /5000;

For DDU/DDP/FBA: Length x Width x Height /6000,

*less than 100kgs, can only send by courier.

** USA/Europe/Australia, over 100kgs, can send by DDU/DDP/FBA. Other area, need check accordingly.

*** over 1 CBM, can send to most of sea port worldwide.

4) Payment:

A, Sample or Trail order,

T/T (to our official bank account).

B, Regular order,

T/T (to our official bank account).

(regular term: 30% prepayment before production, rest balance before delivery);

5) Warranty:

a, we guarantee real business. 

b, we guarantee same quality for sample and goods.

c, surely, not all production is 100% good quality or in good condition during delivery. Even we try our best to test and make protection for delivery, our products have small rate of broken during delivery, or because of worker’s  mistake, we usually offer replacement in future order.

d, we discuss to solve problem if any disputes.
