A: Yes, samples is ok to test and check quality.

A:Sample about 2-3 days, mass production time needs 5-7days for order depends on your quantity.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A:  No MOQ, sample also ok for us.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT or ship by air, by sea,  express usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping will take longer time.

A: Firstly, let us know your requirements for LED Strip light, like color, voltage,LED, quantity,waterproof rate, width for PCB, PCB Color,package.

Thirdly, we make invoice for your reference and places deposit for formal order.

A: Yes. It is ok, we can do OEM & ODM ,logo on the light or package.

A: Yes, our standard products is 3 years warranty, also we can do 2 years warranty and 5 years warranty if need depends on customers.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will compensate new led strip lights in new order,For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the final solution.
