Casing bead is a kind of J-shaped angle bead made from galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel sheet.
Casing bead provides straight edges for one or two-coat veneer plaster finishes to wall openings and wall or ceiling intersections and protect plaster edges from damage. Besides, its wide wings enhances the bonding property of the plaster to prevent it from cracking.
