In the year of 1970, the creator of TK Sound, Tommy Yang, started his enterprise (Landy Technologies) journey in New York City of USA. After professionals tried some of our early products, their acclaims brought our audio systems to some large-scale stages, and TK Sound had reached a rapid growth period. As its fame swiped through the US, TK Sound gained funds for foreign enterprise, and after 20 years of technology and fortune accumulation, TK SOUND started its first foreign enterprise in 1991, TK Sound set up a factory in Mexico to produce HIFI products as its first step of foreign expedition, after 7 years, TK Sound established another foreign factory (RICH Electronics) in Ningbo, China to produce cable and connectors. A few years after Ningbo’s development, TK Sound transferred its major production of professional audio system to Guangzhou, China, and created a branch company in China named TK Sound electronics. In the year 2016, TK Sound set up branch company in Vietnam. Until 2019, TK Sound has undergone 49 years of development, and by now, it has branch companies over the Americas, Europe, and Asia with over 10000 square meters of dustless, garden style workshops. The development center in USA had expanded to a 5000 square meters scale including countless professional trained R&D and technical personnel in recent years to ensure consumers with high-quality products.

Q1:  Can I have a sample order for loudspeaker?

A1:   Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2:  What about the lead time?

A2:  Sample needs 2-5 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks,please contact our sales staff for more details.

Q3:  What is the minimum order?

A3:  To be able to taste the sound to the customer,easy to follow-up high-volume orders, we can accept at least a set MQQ samples, shipping costs also need to pay customers.

Q4:  How to proceed and order for loudspeaker?

A4:  Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production.

Q5:  Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A5:  Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our products.

Q6:  How can we guarantee quality?

A6:  Always a pre-prodution sample before mass prodction,Always final inspection before shipment.

Q7:  How to deal with the faulty?

A7:  If there is problem with the product, you need to send the picture or the video to us. let us make sure what's problem about it, if the problem can use the part to solve, we will offer the replacement for free within 1 years, or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q8:  Can we place our logo or company information on your product or package?

A8:  We do not support customized logo, because we have our own brand TK Sound, our brand has been established for more than  50 years, but we need many foreign agents, if you are interested, please contact us.
