Warranty Policy
Dragoncycling conducts three separate quality controls prior to shipping to our customers. We stand behind our products with the following warranty:
1. Dragoncycling warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years after original date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Valid proof of purchase, pictures of the defect and the product serial number is required for a warranty claim. Please retain your proof of purchase for any future warranty claims.
2. If any manufacturing defect occurs within 45 days, Dragoncycling is obligated to replace the product and also pay for the shipping cost. If any manufacturing defect occurs within 45 days to 24 months, Dragoncycling is obligated to replace the products, and the customer would be responsible for the shipping cost.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal wear and tear;
2. Any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or any other fractious reasons;
3. Improper assembly, maintenance, or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.
Crash replacement:
We understand that accidents and damage can happen, if in case of bad luck, Dragoncycling supports you by offering replacement product with 10% discount on the current retail price of products for up to 2-years after your original purchase, and the customer would be responsible for the shipping cost.
