Application
PVC Corner Bead
1. Install the top corner line or other parts: First nail the wooden blocks with cement steel nails at the top corner or other parts where installation is required. The specifications of the wooden blocks are generally 15 (thickness) X60 (width) X50MM long, with a spacing of about 33CM. The nailing of the wooden blocks must match the sliders on the corner line.
2. Cut out the carvings: Before installing each corner, you need to cut out a complete flower from the carved slider in the corner line, planed off the sliding edge, so that it can be glued and covered at the nailing place at the end.
3. Alignment installation: Align the taken corner line with the position of the wooden block on the nailed corner, push open the carved plug-in, and drive in 2-3 steel nails. Push forward a section for each nail. Use glass glue to glue the pre-cut carvings on the last interface to cover the nail holes to achieve a seamless effect.
